摘要 PH-A型改性的有机硅耐高温防腐涂料是一种耐高温、耐化学腐蚀的高分子材料。改性后的PH-A型高温防腐涂料是以有机硅化合物改性丙烯酸树脂,辅以偶联剂和增强剂等辅料,并经过科学工艺研制而成的新型耐高温防腐涂料。该新产品具有耐高温、耐腐蚀的性能,特别是耐高温性能高迭800℃,超过了实验中对比测试的其它5种高温防腐涂料。 PH-A type of modified high temperature antiseptic coating is a new kind of anticorrosive coating, which can bear high temperature and the corroding of chemical medium. It is mainly made of the acrylic acid resin, organic silicon compound,silicane coupler, titanium alloy and mica, and develop through scientific craft. The new product is better performance of bearing high temperature and anticorrosion, specially its ability of bearing high-temperature is up to 800℃, that has exceeded the other S kinds of resisting high temperature materials experimented.
