摘要
不同方法制备得到的木质素产品,元素组成及官能团含量是不同的。高沸醇溶剂法制备得到的高沸醇(HBS)木质素与传统木质素相比,其理化性质有很大不同,元素及官能团也有很大差别。甲氧基是其中的一个重要体现。从测定HBS木质素的甲氧基含量可知,其值较磨木木质素小,但高于木质素磺酸钙。说明与传统木质素相比,HBS木质素的官能团保持较好。
The element composition and the group content of lignin are different if it prepares by the different methods. High boiling solvent pulp process will manufacture high boiling solvent (HBS) lignin. Compared with the sulfonate lignin, HBS lignin is discriminated in the physico-chemical characteristic, element composition and group content. The methoxyl group is one of that. Judged from the results of determination of methoxyl group, the content of HBS lignin is lower than WML lignin, but higher than sulfonate lignin. It is shown that the group of HBS lignin is retained very well.
