基础设施是城市赖以生存和发展的基础,对于城市的可持续发展意义重大。本文剖析了福州市城市基础设施建设存在的问题,并就如何适应"建设海峡西岸经济区、做大做强省会中心城市"的需要,提出城市基础设施建设应适度超前地与经济、社会、环境相协调。

Infrastructure is the foundation of urban development This article analyzes the existing troubles of Fuzhou urban infrastructure.On this base, it also brings forward some propulsive suggestions in reasonable coordinate proportion between urban infrastructure with economy,society and environment, so that it can adapt to the development of 'the Strait West Coast Economic Area', and strong provincial capital center city.
