摘要
可持续植保-环境-农户-风险-农业保险是可持续植保与农业保险内在联系的几个主要环节,其中任何一环的变动都会引起其它各环的变动,尤以农户最为重要。本文以此为主线,较为深入地研究了它们的内在联系,较为深刻地剖析了当前我国农业保险和植保可持续发展中的主要共性问题,针对这些问题并结合我国国情,提出了协调发展农业保险和可持续植保的若干对策。
Sustainable crop protection, environment, farmer, risk, agriculture insurance are the main links between sustainable crop protection and agriculture insurance. Any changes of these joints will affect others clearly, particularly the farmer. This article depends on this main line, the relationships among them are studied more deeply, and the common problems between sustainable crop protection and agriculture insurance are analyzed profoundly. Based on the China's actual conditions and in view of existing problems, the principal ideas to develop agriculture insurance and sustainable crop protection are put forward .
