摘要
通过分析某高校教师队伍历史状况,引入人力资源管理中的马尔可夫模型分析法,建立教师队伍变化的预测模型,从而为增强高校教师队伍建设的主动性和前瞻性提供理论依据。
Faculty is the main part of a college or university, so the key of human resources management at colleges and universities is the faculty development. In this paper, based on an analysis of the history of faculty development at a certain university. Markov model analysis in human resources management is introduced to establish a model to predict the faculty change, so as to offer a theoretical basis for enhancing the initiative and forward-looking of the faculty development at colleges and universities.
