银杏叶提取物对实验性糖尿病大鼠NO、NOS的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察银杏叶提取物对实验性糖尿病大鼠血清、胰腺中一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。方法:将实验大鼠分为正常组、糖尿病组和治疗组,正常组始终喂以基础饲料,其余两组喂以高糖-高脂肪饲料。实验结束后测定血清、胰腺中NO、NOS的含量。结果:银杏叶提取物能升高血清中NO、NOS的含量,降低胰腺中NO、NOS的含量。结论:NO、NOS在糖尿病的发生、发展中起一定的作用,银杏叶提取物可影响NO的合成和释放。 Objective:To observe the effect of ginkbgo biloba estract on NO and NOS in rat serum and pancreas. Methods:30 rats were divided into three groups randomly, that is,normal group,diabetes group and treatment group . The rats of normal group were fed with basic food, The rats of other two groups were given food containing high fat and glucose. The content of NO and NOS in serum and pancreas were measured by biochemical methods.Results:Ginkbgo biloba estract can increase the levels of NO and NOS in serum and decrease the the levels of NO and NOS in pancreas. Conclusion:NO and NOS have certain effect on the occurrence and development of diabetes . Ginkbgo bil oba estract can influence the synthesization and secretion of NO.
