伸筋草煎剂对小鼠抗炎镇痛药理实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON ANTI-INFLAMMATION AND ANALGESIA PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION OF DECOCTION FROM LYCOPDIUM JAPANICUM L.IN MICE

目的:明确伸筋草煎剂具有抗炎、镇痛的治疗效果,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用小鼠耳肿胀法、棉球肉芽肿法、扭体法、热板法,比较伸筋草煎剂抗炎、镇痛的药效作用。结果:实验结果表明伸筋草煎剂对小鼠耳肿胀和棉球肉芽肿等急、慢性炎症均有很好抑制作用;对扭体法所致疼痛的镇痛作用不明显,热板法所致疼痛的镇痛作用明显、持久、但起效慢。结论:表明伸筋草煎剂具有显著的抗炎、镇痛药理作用。

Objective: This paper studies Anti-inflammation and analgesia Pharmacological action of decoction of Lycopdium japanicum L. and provide the evidence for clinical application.Methods: Anti-inflammation and analgesia action of decoction of Lycopdium japanicum L.was observed by dimcthy benzene on the ear of mice, granuloma, action acid causing body distortion test in mice and action to pain caused by heat in mice.Results: the inhibitive action of decoction of Lycopdium japanicum L.on acute and chronic inflammation in mice induced by dimcthy benzene on the ear of mice, granuloma was observed; analgesia action acid causing body distortion test in mice was unconspicuous ; analgesia action to pain caused by heat in mice was obvious and permanent but slow . Conclusion: decoction of Lycopdium japanicum L. has a significant anti-inflammation and analgesia action.
