摘要
高校教师作为一个高素质群体,有其内在的激励需要;激励机制设计模型中的三个支点和三条通道形成一个稳定的结构,是激励机制运行富有效率的前提;激励机制有效运作必须坚持一定的原则和遵循一定的程序。
To college teachers,a group of high quality,there is a need for an internal incentive.In the model designed for this incentive mechanism,a stable structure with three supporting points and three passages is to be formed as a prerequisite for its efficient practice.And the efficient practice of mechanism must be based on some principles and procedures.
