Analysis of 32 patients with chronic renal failure and pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 探讨慢性肾衰合并肺结核的治疗及预后。方法 对 32例慢性肾衰合并肺结核患者进行回顾性分析 ,了解治疗反应及其预后的关系。结果 肾衰合并肺结核患者抗痨药物副反应大 ,药物应用受限 ,影响了疾病转归。结论 肾衰合并肺结核患者肾功能的稳定是肺结核有效治疗的根本保证。

Objective To explore in prognosis the treatment effects on patients with chronic renal failure and pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The data of 32 patients with chronic renal failure and pulmonary tuberculosis were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results The side effects using anti-TB were apparent in treating renal failure patients with the TB complications. The application of using the drugs had limitation and may affect the patients' recovery. Conclusion The maintenance of normal renal function is the basic requirement to have effective treatment for the patients of renal failure and TB complications.
