氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎90例临床观察

Observation of 90 community-acquired pneumonia patients after using Ofloxacin

目的 探讨氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法 静脉滴注氧氟沙星 0 .4 g,每 12小时 1次 ,疗程 7～ 14 d。结果 总有效率 93.3%。结论 氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎安全有效。

Objective To explore the treatment effects of ofloxacin in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP)patients.Methods Ofloxacin was given by vein in droplets of 0.4g, at an interval of 12 hours. Results The effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusion Use of ofloxacin in treating CAP is safe and effective.
