V-EPC制备铸铁基表面复合材料的表面质量和组织

摘要 以H T300为基材,以W颗粒作为增强颗粒,通过V-EPC铸渗工艺制备出较为理想的铁基表面耐磨材料,铸件复合层C厚度均匀,厚度可达6m。在复合层中分布较为均匀。在复合过程中,主要是铁液向复合层渗透,铬向母材的渗透也有,m W C但量很少。合金层和母材的结合良好,属于冶金结合,其硬度从复合层到基体先升高后降低,复合层平均硬度比H T300提高了3倍左右。 With HT300 gray iron as base, WC particles as reinforcing particles, and adopting V-EPC cast penetrating process, a kind of quite ideal Fe-base surface wear-resistant material was prepared. The casting has a composite layer with even thickness of about 6 mm, and the distribution of WC particles in the composite layer is quite uniform. The penetrating of molten iron into composite layer is the main peneration during composition process, and only a little amount of chromium penetrating into base material. The combination between the alloy layer and base material is quite excellent, it belongs to the metallurgical combination. The hardness changing form composite layer to the base is increasing at first, and then decreasing. Compared with HT300 gray iron, the average hardness of composite was increased by about 3 times.<
