摘要
详细综述了国内壳型铸造技术的研究进展及应用现状。比较了壳型填钢丸、无砂箱不填钢丸、覆砂铁型3种壳型铸造方法的工艺流程和工艺特点,介绍了壳型铸造的工艺要点。
The research progress of shell mould casting process and present situation of its application was summarized in detail. Three process flows and their features were compared including: casting process of shell mould filled with steel balls, shell mould without flask and steel balls filling, as well as iron mould with coated sand facing. The key points of shell mould casting process were introduced.
