摘要 球铁前轮毂和差速器原采用手工造型,用外冷铁解决缩孔缺陷。改用机器造型后,因不便于使用冷铁,通过工艺改进,采用边冒口补缩,解决了缩孔问题。 Manual molding had been used for the nodular iron front wheel boss and differential mechanism case, and chills were used to prevent shrinkage defects. After changing to machine molding, it's not convenient to use chills, so the foundry method was improved and adopted side feeders to feed the castings. As a result, the shrinkage was eliminated.
