活性染料固色碱SH在生产中的应用

Application of reactive-dye-used color-fixation alkali SH

以生产中的5种产品为例,介绍了固色碱SH固色工艺与传统的纯碱固色工艺的配方对比、染色牢度对比,摸索出不同染料浓度下的固色碱SH对应用量表,总结了生产中减小打样误差的方法、对织物染前漂底的pH值要求、染色工艺曲线调整以及不同色泽下固色碱SH用量的调整等方面的经验。固色碱SH完全可以替代纯碱固色,其用量仅为纯碱的1/8～1/10。

Taking five products as examples, this paper introduced the color-fixation technology of fixation alkali SH and traditional soda, compared the different compositions and color fastness, determined the different applied amount of fixation alkali SH under different dye's concentration, and summarized the methods for decreasing sampling error, requirements on pH value of bleaching before dyeing, adjustments of dyeing technological curve and experiences on different applied amount of fixation alkali SH for different dyed color. It was concluded that the fixation alkali SH is a very good replacer for traditional soda, whose applied amount is only 1/8~1/10 of soda.
