摘要
目的:观察拟虫菊酯类杀虫剂四溴菊酯对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效。方法:药膜法。结果:(1)当药物浓度在25mg/1以上时,半数击倒时间KT50均在10分钟以内:25mg/1为8'52''(8'04''-9'45''),50mg/1为7'47''(7'07''-8'30''),100mg/1为6'37''(6'06''-7'11'');(2)半数致死浓度药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放6个月后,24小时死亡率均超过80%。结论:四溴菊酯1.5%乳油毒力强,使用浓度低,在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中具有优势。
Objective: To studies the control efficacy 1.5% Tralomethrin against Xenopsylla cheopis. Methods: residual smearing method. Result: ①in the concen tration≥25mg/1, the KT 50 <10min: 25mg/1 is 8'52' (8'04'-9'45'), 50mg/1 is 7'47' (7'07'-8'30'), 100mg/1 is 6'37'(6'06'-7'11'); ②the LC50 is 0.6456 mg/1 (0.5310 mg/1-0.7850 mg/1), the toxicity of Tralomethrin,was 14.4 times that of lannate, 15.8 times that of fendona and 89.3 times that of deltmthrin; ③When used as residual smearing, 25mg/1, 50mg/1 and 100mg/1Tralomethrin store 180 days under room temperature, all the mortality 24 hour>80%.Conclusion: The Tralomethrin can be used in flea-control in plague epidemic area.
