摘要
目的 制备非离子型X线造影剂碘佛醇注射液,进行兔造影试验并与同品种进口品安射力进行造影增强效果比较。方法 用自制碘佛醇为原料,三羟甲基氨基甲烷和依地酸钙钠为辅料,经高温灭菌制成碘佛醇注射液并进行质检。新西兰兔5只使用20%乌拉坦(4mL/kg体重)静脉麻醉后, 2d内分两次于耳缘静脉注射碘佛醇及安射力( 1. 5mL/kg,注射速率均为1.5mL/s)。每次注射后进行腹部CT增强扫描,观察及比较肝脏及腹主动脉的增强效应。结果 自制碘佛醇注射液的造影效果与安射力相似,统计学处理无显著性差异。结论 自制碘佛醇注射液可替代安射力用于CT造影。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the non-ionic X-r ay contrast agent Ioversol injection and study its contrast effects in rabbits,the n compare its contrast enhancement with that of optiray, a imported identical va riety. METHOD Ioversol injection was prepared with our self-made iove rsol, tromethamine and edetate calcium disodium and the quality of the injection was detected according to USP 25. 5 New Zealand rabbits were intravenously anes thetized with 20% urethan (4mL/kg) and then each injected with ioversol injectio n and optiray through ear limbic vein intermittently in 2 days (1.5mL/kg, 1.5mL/ s). After each injection, contrast enhancement of livers and ventral aorta were observed and the effects of ioversol injection and optiray within a same animal were compared. RESULTS Contrast effects of our self-made ioversol injection w ere identical with those of optiray. There was no significant difference between them statistically. CONCLUSION Optiray could be replaced with our self-made iovers ol injection in CT.
