摘要
目的 探讨补益类方剂天地汤及其纳米中药对小鼠的抗衰老作用及机制,观察中药纳米化后是否能更有效地改善机体的抗氧化能力。方法 采用D 半乳糖致衰老小鼠分别ig不同剂量的天地汤超声波水提液及其纳米中药15d,测定衰老小鼠心肌线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量,肝谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH- Px)活力,及脑线粒体游离Ca2+的含量。结果 天地汤及其纳米中药能显著增强小鼠心肌线粒体SOD和肝GSH- Px的活性(P<0. 05 ), ED50纳米>ED50水提;降低心肌线粒体MDA和脑线粒体游离Ca2+含量(P<0. 05 ),且纳米中药的药效强于天地汤水提液的药效(P<0.05)。结论 天地汤纳米中药改善小鼠机体抗氧化机能优于超声波水提液。
OBJECTIVE To study antiaging effect and ac tion mechanism of Tianditang nano-pharmaceutics and its ultrasonic wave extract , and to establish whether the nano-pharmaceutics could improve antiaging effec t.METHOD D-galactose-induced model senile mice were used. G iven different doses of Tianditang water extract and Tianditang nano-pharmaceut ics for 15 days, the activity of superoxide dismultase (SOD), glutathione peroxi dase (GSH-Px) in liver, malondialdehyde (MDA) in heart were measured.RESULTS Compared with model group, the given medicine group enh anced the activity of SOD, GSH-Px (P<0.05), ED 50TNP> ED 50TWE; d ecrease the content of MDA and Ca 2+(P<0.05). Furthermore, the effect o f Tianditang nano-pharmaceutics was better than that of ultrasonic wave extract (P<0.05).CONCLUSION The effect of Tianditang nano-pharmaceutics is supe rior to that of ultrasonic wave extract.
