对乙酰氨基酚-β-环糊精包合物胶囊的制备和溶出度测定

Preparation and dissolution rate determination of paracetamol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex

目的 研究对乙酰氨基酚(扑热息痛) -β- 环糊精包合物(PA- β- СD)的制备方法和胶囊的溶出度。方法 用正交法实验设计优选出的β- 环糊精包合扑热息痛工艺包合最佳条件;采用饱和溶液法制备PA -β-СD,并用PA -β-СD和PA分别制成胶囊进行体外溶出度测定。结果 PA -β-СD和PA的t50、td分别为( 5. 05±1. 60 )min, ( 7. 16±1. 50 )min(P<0. 05 )和( 6. 21±1. 20)min, (12. 56±1. 30)min(P<0. 01)。结论 PA -β-СD的溶出速度明显快于PA,具有一定的速释作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the preparation tech ni que and the dissolution rate determination of the paracetamol-β- cyclo dextrin inclusion complex(PA-β-СD).METHOD The PA-β-СD was prepared from saturated solution and identified by differential scanning calorimeter; the dissolution rate in vitro was determined by UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS Dissolution parameters t 50 and t d of PA-β-СD and PA were (5.05±1.6)min, (6.21±1.2)min and (7.16±1.5)mi n,(12.56±1.3)min(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The dissolution rate of PA-β-CD is rapider th en paracetamol(PA).
