反相高效液相色谱法测定双黄补缓释药条中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in Shuanghuangbu sustained release medicinal strips by RP-HPLC

目的建立双黄补缓释药条中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.方法采用RP-HPLC法测定双黄补缓释药条中黄芩苷的含量.色谱柱:Kromasil C18(100mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(pH=3.5)(28:82);流量:1.0mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:270nm.结果黄芩苷在4.59～114.80μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.63%,RSD为0.84%.双黄补缓释药条中黄芩苷的含量为16.28mg/g(n=5).结论本方法灵敏度高,重现性、稳定性好,检测迅速,结果准确.

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for det er mination of baicalin in Shuanghuangbu sustained release medicinal strips by RP- HPLC.METHOD Using Kromasil C 18(100mm×4.6mm, 5μm) as a stat ionary phase and acetonitrile-0.05M potassium dihydrogen phosphate(28∶82) as the mobile phase and detection wavelength at 270nm.RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the range of 4.5 9~114.8μg/mL with the excellent correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The averag e recovery was 99.63%(RSD=0.84%). The content of baicalin in Shuanghuangbu sust ained release medicinal strips was 16.28mg/g(n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with a good repr oducibility and can be applied to quantitative analysis for this preparation.
