分析了项目经理与其他主要项目干系人之间沟通与协调的整体效应,浅探了项目经理的不完全信息动态博弈的思想及博弈中的协调度,并提出了业主项目经理在博弈中应注意的问题。

This paper analyses the whole effect about the project manager's communication and harmony to the other major persons concerned with this project;it also point out the theory and harmony of the incomplete information dynamically game of project manger;at last,it gives some advices to the project manager of owner what they should pay attention to in game.
