摘要 生物固氮在氮气的同化中具有巨大的作用,在自然生态系统中生物固氮有3种方式,其中关于豆科植物与根瘤菌的共生固氮研究的较多,细菌自生固氮和联合固氮常被忽视。文章系统地介绍了自身固氮和联合固氮方式,并对其在生态系统中的重要作用进行了综述,同时分析和评价了生物固氮的研究和应用前景。
