摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定富马酸福莫特罗滴丸的含量。方法:采用KromasilODSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-50mmol/LNaH2PO4·2H2O(pH2.8)(34∶10∶56,含有6.0mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为214nm。结果:富马酸福莫特罗在1.0~3.0μg/ml的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率为99.0%~101.2%,RSD为0.66%~1.62%(n=3)。结论:本方法简便,结果准确可靠。
0bject: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of formoterol in dropping pills. Methods: The RP-HPLC system consisted of a Kromasil ODS C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), a mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-50 mmol/L NaH_2PO_4·2H_2O (pH2.8) (34∶10∶56,including 6.0 mmol/L heptanesulfonate)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the UV detection was set at 214 nm. Results: There was a good linearity over the range of 1.0~3.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 8). The recovery was 99.0%~101 2% with RSD(n=3)of 0.66%~1.62%. Conclusion: The method was rapid, accurate and reliable.
