Analysis of apiofuranosyl-glucopyranosyl isoliquiritigeninin the VC yinqiaopian by ~1 HNMR and ^(13)CNMR

目的:对VC银翘片有效成分异甘草素二糖苷的存在进行鉴定分析。方法:运用色谱技术进行分离;运用1HNMR和13CNMR方法进行鉴定分析。结果:VC银翘片中含有异甘草素二糖苷。结论:VC银翘片中含有银翘散的有效抗流感病毒成分,其处方保留了银翘散的主要功效。

0bject: To study if there is apiofuranosyl-glucopyranosyl isoliquiritigenin in the Vc yinqiaopian. Methods: The constituents were isolated by chromatography and the chemical structures were confirmed by ~1 HNMR and ^(13)CNMR. Results: The existence of the apiofuranosyl-glucopyranosyl isoliquiritigenin in the Vc yinqiaopian was confirmed. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of the Yinqiaosan with the antiviral effects were also existed in Vc yinqiaopian.
