Determination of content of ribavirin buccal tablets by UV-spectrophotometry

目的:研究用紫外分光光度法测定利巴韦林含片含量的可行性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长214nm。结果:浓度在2～25μg/ml范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系。方法回收率为99.8%,相对标准偏差为0.6%。结论:该测定方法简便快捷,结果准确可靠,可用于该药的含量测定。

0bject: To develop a method for the deternination of content of ribayirin buccal tablets using UV-spedrophotometry. Methods: UV-spectrophotometry (λ-210 nm) was used to determine the content of ribayirin. Results. There was a good linearity over the range of 2.0~25 μg/ml for ribayirin with r of 0.999 8. The recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 0.9%. Conclusion: The method was simple,precise and reproducible,which can be used for the determination of ribayirin.
