电针不同组穴对兔胸椎SCI后神经传导功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects on Rabbits' Nerve Conduction Following Thoracic Vertebra Spinal Cord Injury by Electro-acupuncture at Different Groups of Acupoints

摘要 目的观察电针不同组穴对T11脊髓损伤后神经传导功能的影响及作用特点。方法用改良Allen致伤法造成大白兔T11脊髓不完全损伤模型,按不同组穴(A1、A2及A3)进行电针治疗,同时设立对照组(C组)、空白组(D组)作为对照;应用体感诱发电位(SEP)测定神经传导功能;改良Tarlov法评定肌力。结果T11脊髓损伤后SEP潜伏期变化不明显,波幅降低;损伤后35min波幅有所恢复,但小于损伤前;第13dA1-3组基本恢复,C组变化不明显。结论A1-3各组穴对胸椎脊髓损伤后神经传导功能恢复均有积极作用,其中A3组疗效最佳;第13天SEP峰间波幅变化与肌力改变有明显的相关性。 Objective: To observe the effects of the electro-acupuncture (EA) therapy on nerve conduction after the 11th thoracic vertebral injury, and find out the characteristics of the different groups of acupoints. Methods: The spastic paralysis model of rabbits was made by the modified Allen's method which injured the 11th thoracic vertebra incompletely. EA were assigned on the different groups of acupoints (A1, A2 and A3). Meanwhile, the control group (group C) and the blank group (group D) were set up. Nerve conduction was assessed by somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and myodynamia was assessed by modified Tarlov's assay. Results: The latency of SEP had no obvious change. Interpeak amplitude (IPA) was lowered after injury, and then began to recover at the time of 35 min after injury. At the 13th day, IPA of the A1-3 groups recovered completely. IPA in the group C had no such obvious change. Conclusion: EA at the different acupoints had active effects on the recovery of the thoracic vertebra spinal cord injury. A3 ranked the first of the three EA groups. At the time of 13th day after injury, myodynamia had a high positive correlation with the changes of SEP.
