摘要
利用真菌发酵生产EPA和DHA已是目前研究的热点。综述了菌株种类、发酵培养基、发酵条件对EPA和DHA的合成产生的影响,探讨了工业化生产所面临的问题及解决途径。
The research of EPA and DHA production by fungal fermentation is active in present research. The in fluencing factors of EPA and DHA synthesizing produced by the types of fungi, the culture medium and the fermentation conditions, the question and solving methods of large scale production are reviewed in this article.
