摘要
乙酰胆碱酯酶与底物氯化乙酰胆碱进行反应的产物之一是醋酸,反应进行程度可用醋酸生成量多少来衡量。本试验用ΔpH大小来衡量反应进行的快慢程度,确定马血清中乙酰胆碱酯酶适宜的酶促反应条件。在90d保存期内,温度为-20~-25℃,防腐剂(硫柳泵)浓度为0.1%酶活性保存最好。
Acetic acid is one of the products in the reaction of acetylcholinesterase and acetylcholine chloride. The reaction level can be judged by the amount of acetic acid. The research uses ΔpH value to measure the reaction level to define suitable conditions of acetylcholinesterase reaction of horse serum. The enzyme activity is greatly kept when preservative concentration(merthiolate): 0.1 percent and temperature range is from -20 ℃ to -25 ℃ in preserved 90 days.
