摘要
地面合成弱凝胶颗粒调驱剂解决了常规地下交联调驱剂进入地层后,因稀释、降解、吸附、酸碱性条件变化等各种复杂原因造成的不成胶现象。在配制过程中具有很好的可控性,使用方便。但是在应用过程中发现,颗粒膨胀速度太快,不易进入地层深部,而且颗粒密度大,悬浮性能差,在水中以分散相存在,较难进入地层中的微小孔隙,这就很难起到彻底的调剖和驱油作用,为此通过主剂单体的筛选、添加相应的助剂、完善合成工艺等方法对预交联颗粒调驱剂进行了性能改进研究,研制出了适合中原油田高温、高盐油藏特性的深部调驱剂。实验结果表明,该调驱剂能解决目前现场应用中存在的问题。
After conventional permeability profile modifying/ flooding agent is injected into formation, the ungelling phenomenon will happen because of the attenuation, the adsorption, and the variation of acid and alkalic value. Ground synthetic weak gel particle solved the problem. At the process of preparation, it can be controlled and used easily. But in the application, the expansion ratio of the particle was too fast to inject into deep-bed formation. Due to its high density, poor suspension on property and existing with dispersed phase in water, it was difficult for the particle to inject into minute pore. So it didn' t develop profile control and oil placement action completely. For this, by selecting main monomer, adding relevant adjuvant and perfecting synthesis craft etc. , we improved the properties of gel particle, and researched a deep flooding agent adapting to high temperature and salt reservoir properties of Zhongyuan oilfield. The experiment result shows that the flooding agent can resolve the exsitting problem of current the spot appliance.
