条纹斑竹鲨对温度和盐度的耐受实验 被引量:13

摘要 实验观察了不同温度、盐度对条纹斑竹鲨存活的影响. 结果表明: 1) 在温度骤变试验中, 自然水温为25℃时, 温度骤变至5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35℃的96h存活率分别为0、100 %、100 %、100 %、100 %、100 %、0, 其能忍受温度范围为10 ~30℃左右; 2 ) 在温度渐变试验中, 自然水温为25℃时, 温度以1℃/h和2℃/h的速度升高的致死温度分别为40℃和39℃; 而以1℃/h和2℃/h速度降低的休克温度分别在3℃和5℃左右; 3 ) 对温度渐变的耐受能力范围稍大于对温度骤变的耐受范围,分别为3~40℃和5~35℃; 4) 在盐度骤变试验中, 当试验水温为25~ 25.5℃时, 盐度为0, 5, 10, 15,20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45和50条件下, 其96h存活率分别为0, 0, 0, 25 %, 100 %, 100 %, 100 %,100 %, 50 %、0和0, 其能忍受盐度范围为20~35左右; 5) 在盐度渐变试验中, 以3 /d, 6 /d和9 /d的速度逐渐降低盐度的致死盐度分别为3, 6和3. The influence of temperature and salinity on Chilosoyllium plagiosum was observed. The results showed that: 1) With sudden change of water temperature, the 96 h survival rates of 5,10,15,20,25,30, 35 ℃were 0,100 %,100 %,100 %,100 %,100%,0 respectively,and the tolerance temperature was about 10~30 ℃. 2) When acclimation temperature(AT) was 25 ℃,the fatal temperatures of the tested fishes with 1 ℃/h and 2 ℃/h speed risen were 40 ℃ and 39 ℃,while the temperatures for cold shock were about 3 ℃ and 5 ℃ with speed of 1 ℃/h and 2 ℃/h fallen. 3)The range of water temperature gradually changed to the tested fishes was wider than that of water temperature suddenly changed, 3~40 ℃and 5~35 ℃ respectively. 4) With AT of 25~(25.5) ℃,the survival rates with suddenly changed water salinity 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50 were 0,0,0, 25 %,100 %,100 %,100 %,100 %,50 %,0,0 respectively. The tolerance salinity was about 20^(35. 5)) With salinity gradually decreased 3/d, 6/d and 9/d, the fatal salinity were 3, 6 and 3 respectively.
