在纪念我国伟大航海家郑和下西洋600周年之际, 以史为镜对发展我国海洋渔业的五大方面进行反思, 即: 重要意义认识不足; 缺乏科学发展观; 立法滞后、开发混乱; 科技滞后、后继人才堪忧;我国国情仍需大力发展海洋渔业.

On the occasion of the commemoration of the great navigator ZHENG He and the celebration for the 600th anniversary of his oceanic sailing down to the west as an ambassador extraordinary and pleniooteniary of Ming dynasty,15 A.C.Seize of this opportunity,I like to express some of my viewpoint on this subject. At present,the development of marine fishery in China has been discussed:such as pay no more attention to the development on the marine fishery;level of the poor understanding;short of scientific advances concept backwardness of sciences education;lack of qualified person etc.In accordance with our state of affairs,I regard that the development of marine fishery must still be continue.
