The paper introduces a method to realize resources management through making process cards etc technics documents by AutoCAD.The method is convenient for documents management and centralized usage of lots of resources.It also can release the technicians from heavy works of compiling process specifications by hand and sovle the problems to start CAPP in medium and small-sized enterprises with good popularization.
