摘要 为了改善沿海地区高湿条件下机械设备的封存状况,同时满足操作简便,启封迅速的要求,开发了1种可剥离贴体防腐封存膜。采用溶液聚合的方法,在氮气保护下,在密闭的反应釜中,以多异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇为基本原料合成了1种以吸湿固化为成膜机理的有机高分子树脂,通过添加复合缓蚀剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂和流平剂等助剂。 In order to improve the corrosion protection status of mechanical equipments under high humid conditions at coastal areas,and meet the requirements of “simple and convenient operations,quick remove ratio”,a strippable appressed coating film of corrosion protection was invented.With the method of liquor-polymerization,under the protections of nitrogen.A strippable coating for corrosion protection was synthesized from basic materials of the polyisocyanate and polyether glycol in the air-tight reactor.The elastomeric film was formed by absorbing moisture in the air and it could cling the surface of equipment tight.The higher the humidity is,the faster the film can be formed.
