摘要
依据磷化温度、时间等工艺参数对磷化质量的影响,探讨了清洁铁系磷化过程的机理及应用技术。结果表明:清洁铁系磷化的过程包括置换、成膜、老化3个阶段。置换是均匀成膜的基础,成膜决定膜厚。
According to the effects of phosphating temperature and time etc. on the phosphating quality,the clean ferric-system phosphating mechanism and its application technology are discussed.The results show that the phosphating process involves replacement,film forming,and aging phrases.
