p57^(KIP2)蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

Expression of p57^(KIP2) Protein in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Significance

目的研究p57KIP2蛋白在肝细胞癌中的表达情况,并探讨其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测63例肝细胞癌石蜡包埋标本和38例癌旁组织中p57KIP2蛋白的表达情况。结果肝细胞癌p57KIP2的阳性表达率为46.0%,显著低于癌旁组织78.9%(P<0.01),并与肝细胞癌的病理分级、肿瘤大小、有无包膜及门静脉癌栓相关。结论p57KIP2蛋白表达的下调可能与肝细胞癌发生发展有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of p57^(KIP2) protein in hepatocellular carcinoma cells and its significance. Methods p57^(KIP2) protein expression was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry in 63 tumor tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma and 38 adjacent hepatic tissues.Results p57^(KIP2) protein positive-expression rate in tumor tissue of hepatocellular carcinoma was 46.0%,which was significantly lower than 78.9% in adjacent hepatic tissues(P<0.01).It has lower expression in hepatocellular carcinoma with advance stage,larger size,poor capsula,portal embolus.Conclusion The down regulation of p57^(KIP2) protein may be related to the genesis and progress of hepacellular carcinoma.
