急性脑梗死早期康复及心理治疗的研究

Psychological Therapy on Early Recovery of Nervous Function in Acute Brain Blocking

目的探讨急性脑梗死早期康复及心理干预治疗的临床效果。方法将符合条件的100例急性脑梗死患者随机分为康复组和对照组,各50例,康复组在对照组常规治疗的基础上采用了早期康复及心理干预治疗。结果治疗组的神经功能缺损评分明显下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组的治愈率、显效率及总有效率为14.0%、56.0%与94.0%,明显高于对照组的8.0%、40.0%与74.0%(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死早期康复及心理干预治疗效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the psychological therapy on the early recovery of nervous function in patients with the acute brain blocking. Methods 100 cases of the acute brain blocking were randomly divided into group of treatment (GT) and group of control (GC)and 50 cases each. On the base of the regular treatment in GC, early psychological therapy were given to the GT. Results Compared to GC, the index of deficiency of the nervous function in GT reduced clearly (P<0.01). The rates of healing,effect and total efficiency in GT were 14.0%,56.0% and 94.0%, respectively, which were higher than that in GC which were 8.0%,40.0% and 74.0% respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological therapy on the early recovery of nervous function has a good effect in the acute brain blocking.
