摘要
在室内用平皿菌落直径法测定了农抗120、百菌清及其4种不同配比的混剂对辣椒炭疽菌的菌丝抑制作用和毒力.结果表明,农抗120和百菌清对辣椒炭疽病菌EC50值是2 777.2 mg/L和1 090.7 mg/L,农抗120的毒力小于百菌清;农抗120与百菌清以4:1~8:1混配增效系数(SR)为2.04~3.93,具有显著的增效作用,其中农抗120与百菌清6:1增效系数最大,达3.93,为最佳配比;农抗120与百菌清6:1混配对9种植物病原真菌的平均抑菌率为84.4%,显著高于农抗120的75.5%和百菌清的66.0%.
Agricultural antibiotic 120, Daconil and their mixtures, which were made by mixing up the two fungicides in different proportions, have been tested by mycelium growth to find out their inhibition and toxicities to Colletotrichum capsici in the laboratory. The results show that the EC_ 50 value of Agricultural antibiotic 120 and Daconil to Colletotrichum capsici are 2777.2 mg/L and 1090.7 mg/L respectively,and the toxicities of Agricultural antibiotic 120 is smaller than the Daconil. The mixed preparation at the ratio of 4∶1~8∶1 have notable synergistic effect compared with Agricultural antibiotic 120 and Daconil. The synergistic ratio (SR) of the mixtures at the ratio of 4∶1~8∶1 was 2.04~3.93, and SR of the mixture at 6∶1 was as high as 3.93 and 6∶1 proves to be the best mixing proportion.The inhibition mycelium growth ratio at 6∶1 proportion is 84.4%, and obviously higher than that of Agricultaral antibiotic 120 and Daconil of which control effects against 9 plant pathologic fungi are respectively 75.5% and 66.0% .
