摘要
设计了一种新型精锻模,锻模上设有可产生补偿空间的背压力能机构,补偿空间可容纳坯料的余料,背压使锻件端面平整,齿轮坯幅板厚度达到尺寸要求,无需后续加工。
A new type of finish forging die has been designed.An energetics mechanism with backpressure for making compensation space has been designed for the forging die.The compenˉsation space is used to hold superfluous metal and the backpressure makes the end surfaces of the forgings flat.The thickness of the spider plate of the spur gear blank reaches the dimension reˉquirement and post machining is not necessary.
