咪唑安定用于机械通气人机对抗时的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察咪唑安定在机械通气中改善人机对抗的临床疗效。方法对28例机械通气时人机对抗病人应用咪唑安定治疗,观察咪唑安定应用前后患者的呼吸、心率、血压、SaO2的变化和评估镇静效果,采用t检验进行分析,P<0.05有显著统计学意义。结果咪唑安定镇静效果好,有23例病人Ramsay镇静评分达2-4级,有效率为82.14%。用药后患者呼吸、心率(P<0.05)、SaO2(P<0.01),均有明显改善,对血压无明显影响。结论咪唑安定对机械通气中的人机对抗有较好疗效,可改善病人的通气状况。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of midazolam on the improvement of patients' adjustment while using mechanical ventilation. Methods Twenty - eight cases of using mechanical ventilation system were given midazolam for the treatment and the patients' breath rate, heart rate, blood pressure, SaO2 and the sedative effects were observed and compared before and after the use. T- tests were used for the statistical analysis and the significance level were set up at 0. 05. Results Midazolam showed a good sedative effect. The evaluation of the sedative effect showed that in total 23 patients had Ramsay score of 2 to 4 grade with an effective rate of 82. 14%. After the usage, the patients' breath rate, heart rate and SaO2 values had showed significant improvement in breath rate and heart rate ( p < 0. 05) and in SaO2 (p < 0. 01). The use of midazolam had no apparent effect on blood pressure. Conclusion Midazzolam has a better treatment effect on the patients who are using ventilator for their treatment and it can improve the patients' ventilation condition.
