摘要 目的应用高敏感免疫放射法检测TSH诊断亚临床甲状腺功能低下。方法RIA法和高敏感磁性TMRA法测定TSH。结果高敏感磁性IMRA法测定TSH,敏感性高,最小检出量为0.04mIU/L。其测定值和T4值则可较准确地诊断垂体-甲状腺轴受损,即亚临床甲低。结论高敏感IMRA法替代RIA法测定血清TSH对亚临床甲低十分重要。 Objective To diagnose subclinical hypothrosis by using high sensitve magnetic IMRA. Methods TSH, T3 and T4 were measured by means of IMRA and RIA. Results The limit of identification of TSH with RIA was 0. 5mIU/L and with high sensitive magnetic IMRA it was 0. 04mIU/L. Compared with RIA, subclinical hypothrosis can be dignosed better by using high sensitive magnetic IMRA. Conclusion It is important to use high sensitive magnetic IMRA for subclinical hypothrosis instead of RIA.
