摘要
高校实验室是评估学校办学条件和基本建设的重要因素之一,也是培养高素质人才的重要基地。近年来高校对实验室的投入和管理力度加大,但相对于实验室硬件条件的迅速提高,实验室建设中的软件环境改善不大。一方面硬件设备运行不饱满,使用效率不高,另一方面巨大的运用和管理潜能尚未开发和调动。提出了建立高素质实验技术管理队伍;制定公平待遇和激励政策;鼓励教师和大学生参与实验室的建设和管理三点建议。
College laboratory is one of the important factors to evaluate a school's condition and basic construction,as well as the important base to train high quality talents. In recent years more effort has been put into the lab and management intensity has been increased. But relative to the quick raising of laboratory hardware condition, the software environmental improvement in laboratory construction is still slow. On one hand, hardware equipment operation is not used fully and efficiently, on the other hand the huge utilization and management potential ability have not been developed and encouraged. So three suggestions have been made, following as: 1. establish high quality experiment technical management troops; 2. make fair treatment and encouragement policy; 3. encourage teacher and student to participate in the management and construction of laboratory.
