摘要
家庭暴力是发生在家庭成员之间的暴力行为,它是一个全球性的问题,家庭暴力行为不仅严重地侵害了当事人的健康权、人格权和人身权,还威胁着社会的稳定和发展。因此,探讨其产生的原因,对症下药,是社会转型时期建立和谐社会的重要课题。
Family violence is a global problem existed in family members, which not only infringes upon the litigant's health and personal rights, but also threatens the stability and development of society. Therefore, exploring its cause of formation and taking preventive measures are important for building peaceful society at the turning point.
