摘要
目的测定白扁豆中浸出物的含量。方法按2 0 0 0版《中国药典》附录XA浸出物测定法测定中药材白扁豆中水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物的含量。结果施肥试验中冷浸法水溶性浸出物含量最高为2 6.77% ,最低为2 2 .3 4% ;65 %乙醇浸出物含量最高为1 7.5 6% ,最低为1 6.49%。密度试验中冷浸法水溶性浸出物含量最高为2 8.1 3 % ,最低为2 2 .0 7% ;65 %乙醇浸出物含量最高为1 6.89% ,最低为1 6.0 2 %。打顶修剪等试验小区中冷浸法水溶性浸出物含量最高为2 7.5 7% ,最低为2 4.98% ;65 %乙醇浸出物含量最高为1 7.2 9% ,最低为1 6.0 8%。结论在建立中药材白扁豆的质量标准体系时,冷浸法水溶性浸出物含量不得低于2 2 .0 0 % ,65 %乙醇浸出物含量不得低于1 6.0 0
Objective To determine the contents of water-soluble and erhanol soluble extracts of Dolichos lablab L.Methods The contents of water soluble and erhanol soluble extracts of Dolichos lablab L.were determined with the extract determination method in Apperdix XA in Chinese Pharmacopeoia published in 2000.Results With the fertilizing test,the highest contents of water soluble extracts and 65% erhanol soluble extracts were 26.77% and 17.56%, while the lowest 22.34% and 16.49%; with the density test, the highest contants of water soluble extracts and 65% erhanol soluble extracts were 38.13% and 16.89%, while the lowest 22.07% and 16.02%; with the topping and pruning test, the highest coutents of water soluble extracts and 65% erhanol soluble extracts were 27.57% and 17.29%, while the lowest 24.98% and 16.08%. Conclusions It is suggested that the contents of water soluble extract should not be lower than 22.00% and that of 65% erhanol-soluble extract should not be lower than 15.00% concerning the establishment of Dolichos labab L.quality standard system.
