摘要
在产品可装配性评估方法和模型的基础上发展了产品可再制造性评价模型,在收集大量数据和试验的基础上,利用产品可再制造性评价模型模型对某型发动机可再制造性进行了系统的研究和评价。模型包括技术性和经济性两大模块。技术性模块用来评价产品可再制造在技术上的可行性和可行度,经济性用来评价再制造在经济上是否可行,两者相乘得到可再制造性指数。评价结果表明,汽车发动机具有良好的可再制造性。
The paper developed an assessing model for remanufacturability based on the assemblability-assessing model developed by Boothroyd and Dewhurst in 1991 and the remanufacturability of a certain automobile engines based on the model and collected data. It consists of two modular. One is technological modular, which involves the feasibility of remanufacturing on technological view. The other is economical modular, which involves that of remanufacturing on economical view. And the remanufacturability can be gained by multiplying the technological index and economical index that respectively gained from technological modular and economical one. The assessing results of a certain automobile engine present that the automobile engines are of good remanufacturability.
