摘要
本文建立了一个简单的模型,说明企业人事外包战略的引进,需要人事管理服务提供商处在竞争的市场环境中,另外,较高的专业化水平和规模经济也是引进人事管理外包战略不可缺少的一部分。文章并且运用一个案例,印证了上述几个主要观点。
The paper establishes a simple model to explain that to put the providers of personnel management service in a competitive market environment is a must for the introduction of HR outsourcing strategy by enterprises. Moreover, the higher professional qualities and economy of scale are also indispensable for introducing HR outsourcing strategy. The paper verifies these major viewpoints through a case.
