摘要
通过对柴里煤矿粉煤灰特性的分析,提出了发泡剂的研制要求,设计出了相应的三相泡沫发泡器,并对粉煤灰三相泡沫的形成原因和稳定性进行了分析;同时,对粉煤灰三相泡沫的发泡倍数和稳定时间等参数进行了实验研究.结合在柴里煤矿的应用实例,表明当连续在采空区注3~5 d粉煤灰湘泡沫后,就能从根本上消除煤炭的自燃.
Expatiated the forming mechanism and stability of three-phase foam from chemical and physical angle according to the analysis of characteristic of Chaili Coalmine fly ash . And developed special foaming agent and foaming generator. The parameters of three-phase foam, for example, foaming multiple and stable time, were studied.Based on the application in Chaili Mine, the results indicated that the three-phase foam with fly ash can radically eliminate the spontaneous combustion of coal when it is continuously infused into goaf with 3~5 d.
