摘要
以多热源工业生产为基础,建立了SiC冶炼炉温度场的数学模型,通过数值模拟,研究了多热源合成SiC的传热传质规律,获得了立体三热源冶炼炉合成磨料SiC的供电时间为66~72 h, 这一结果在工业现场得到了验证.
Based on the multi-heat-source synthetic SiC industry, mathematical model and numerical simulation to temperature field of multi-heat-source furnace were performed.The heat and quality transferring law of multi-heat-source synthetic SiC was studied.Further more, achieving power supplying time of grind material SiC is 66~72h.This result is verified in the industrial tests.
