摘要
在采用模糊控制实现多机功率平衡方法的基础上, 提出了采用电机电流预测的方法来提高控制响应速度, 并给出了参数预测和模糊控制的具体算法, 以及用单片机实现控制的硬件设计技术线路. 对比试验表明, 采用参数预测与模糊控制相结合的控制策略, 能使双电机驱动系统达到功率平衡在5%范围内, 并且响应速度得到提高.
In order to improve response of control, based on the method of fuzzy control to realize balance-power of multi-motors in one belt, strategy of forecasting motors’ current was presented. It offered particular arithmetic that the parameters-forecasting hangs the fuzzy control together, and also presented technology of hardware design using the micro-controller. By comparing to the past result of experimentation, it shows the proposed strategy can make the error of power-unbalance less than 5% and improve response of power-balance in double motors driving system.
