摘要
关于高等教育规模扩展与毕业生就业的关系,存在着工资竞争理论、工作分层理论和工作竞争理论等不同理论观点的分歧。依据1998和2003年的调查数据对我国高校扩招与毕业生就业关系所做的实证分析表明,不同理论在我国都有一定的适用性,各种理论之间具有一定的内在一致性。这表明了高等教育规模与毕业生就业之间关系的复杂性,同时也为我们有效解决高校毕业生的就业问题提供了多种不同的思路。
There are mainly three theories about the impacts of higher education expansion on graduate employment: Salary Competition Theory, Job Segregation Theory and Job Competition Theory. By comparing the data of surveys in 1998 and 2003, this paper provided an empirical analysis on this issue in China and found that there were different evidence to support all the three theories simultaneously, it showed the complicated relationship between the scale of higher education and graduate employment, and offered different thoughts about resolving the problems of Chinese graduate employment.
