This paper has discussed the would be problems existed when Statistical Quality Control technology is applied to CIMS environment; Have studied the main modules of Statistical Quality Control system which faces CIMS environment: data's gathering module, control graph's controlling modules, quality error source analyzing module; the paper at the same time have introduced the function of Statistical Quality Control, putting forward the development trend of this system.
