摘要
设计1套简易的教学型微型铣床,在XY方向上用滚珠丝杠和步进电机实现铣床工作台的位置控制,Z方向选用步进电机通过减速装置控制铣刀上下移动,同时配上数控系统,可为学生提供大量的教学实验,满足学生的教学要求。
This text has designed a set of simple and easy miniature milling machine for teaching. And realized the position control with stepper generator and ball screw in XY direction. Z direction has been selected stepper generator to control the milling cutter to move through moderating, mixed the numerical control system at the same time. It can offer a large number of teaching experiments to student, and meet students' teaching demand.
